2025 Wayne City Youth Rodeo Entry Form
Entries for the June 14th & 15th rodeo are now Closed!
We are using Cognito Forms this year, and it is the ONLY way entries will be received. It worked great for our May rodeo. It may be a learning curve to some, but we are extremely hopeful that this will help our day of to flow smoother, not to mention, cut down on our behind the scenes work for our Rodeo Secretary!
This form is for both days. Saturday and Sunday. If you are rodeoing just one day, then you will use this same form and only enter on the one day you plan to rodeo.
NO SAME DAY ENTRIES. (EXCLUDES Mutton Busting)
Call Out's MUST happen 24 hours prior to rodeo time to avoid paying entries!!!
You will follow this link to submit your Saddle Club AND Youth Rodeo Membership! If you wish to only have a Saddle Club Membership, you may submit here, too! Membership Forms are also available on this website at the home page. They can be handed in person or mailed in to our PO Box!
