2025 Wayne City Youth Rodeo Entry Form
Entries for the May 4tyh Rodeo are now closed!
Entries are OPEN for our May 4th rodeo! They will close April 28th at 9:00 PM.
We are using Cognito Forms this year, and it is the ONLY way entries will be received. It may be a learning curve to some, but we are extremely hopeful that this will help our day of to flow smoother, not to mention, cut down on our behind the scenes work for our Rodeo Secretary!
NO SAME DAY ENTRIES. (EXCLUDES Mutton Busting)
Call Out's MUST happen 24 hours prior to rodeo time to avoid paying entries!!!
You will follow this link to submit your Saddle Club AND Youth Rodeo Membership! If you wish to only have a Saddle Club Membership, you may submit here, too! Membership Forms are also available on our website and can be handed in person or mailed in to our PO Box!
