*Wayne City Youth Rodeo News* Youth Rodeo Dates for 2026! June 13th and 14th, July 18th and 19th, August 15th and 16th Finals weekend will be August 15th and 16th. Awards Banquet Aug 16th after the conclusion of the youth rodeo. We are so excited about our 2026 Rodeo Season! We will be doing Entry's through Cognito ***** VERY IMPORTANT ***** READ THOROUGHLY!!! . We are using Cognito Forms, but it is NOT the only way to enter this year. BULL RIDERS MUST CALL IN! Call Out's MUST happen 24 hours prior to rodeo time to avoid paying entries!!! Membership Forms are also due! Membership Forms are available on our website and can be handed in person or mailed in to our PO Box! It will start at 10am sharp and will open to the public starting at 1:00pm at the WCSC Grounds. Contestants will start at 10am, with a personal interview with our panel of judges along with a 25-question test on our youth rodeo rule book. Then the pageant will open to the public at 1pm with a competition in speech, modeling and an impromptu question. We will end the pageant with a horsemanship competition. Crowning of our 2026 Miss Wayne City Youth Rodeo will be at 9:30am on August 9th to kick off our finals weekend. Contestants must be a member of the WCSC and a member of the WCYR. Miss WCYR pageant will be open to contestants in the Pee Wee division and up. Contestants must be 19yrs. old or younger on January 1, 2025, and a competing member of the 2025 WCYR season and for the WCYR 2026 rodeo season.
