Please have your entries in on Monday prior to the rodeo on or before 9pm! We are sorry but a $15 late fee per contestant for all late entries and all contestants making entry's day of will be enforced. We love each and every contestant and we are thrilled with our large number of entries, but we must have them turned in ahead of time to be able to get our rodeo started on time and proceed in a timely fashion.
Call outs will be 24 hours prior to the rodeo. If you do not call out your entry fee will be your "Call Out Fee". You will not be allowed to rodeo until the "Call Out" fee is paid. This is for all events. If you scratch an event day of rodeo at check in, you will pay for that event if you did not call out of 24 hours prior. We appreciate your cooperation.

We have used this file on several different devices, and it has worked well. If the settings on your device do not allow you to type and fill in the entry form online you can save the form print it out, fill it in manually and email it to us. Due to large number of contestants and entries we will not be able to fill your forms out for you this year. Entries will close day of at 9:00am Sharp!
The online entries proved to cut down on entry time day of show last year and we think that it will be even more benificial this year as we hope to have the bugs worked out and things running smooth. We appreciate you and your patience as we continue to try to improve our rodeos and implement new changes. Thank you!
