2024 Wayne City Youth Rodeo Entry Form
All entry forms must be returned via email ([email protected]) no later than the 9pm Monday prior to the rodeo date. NO exceptions, LATE entry results in a $15 late fee per rodeo per day. Please fill out one form per contestant, per rodeo day.
NOTE CHANGE: BULL RIDERS MUST SUBMIT THEIR ENTRY FORMS WITH ALL OTHER CONTESTANTS BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE RODEO.

NO BULL RIDING ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER MONDAY. NO LATE ENTRIES AND NO DAY OF ENTRIES! NO EXCEPTIONS! This is for Bulll Riders only.
Entries will CLOSE at 9AM day of rodeos! On the DOT! If we haven't heard from you, you'll be scratched. Our directors HAVE to have a list printed and in hand for us to start on time and keep things running smoothly.
For all event call outs, text or call Tiffany Adams (618) 272-6910 24-hours prior to the start of the rodeo. If a contestant no-call/no-shows they will have to pay all entry fees before participation on the next rodeo.
Payments are CASH ONLY on the day of the rodeo.
Again entries will close at 9am SHARP on rodeo day. No exceptions!

We have used this file on several different devices, and it has worked well. If the settings on your device do not allow you to type and fill in the entry form online you can save the form print it out, fill it in manually and email it to us. Due to large number of contestants and entries we will not be able to fill your forms out for you this year. One form per rodeo per contestant is required for entry.
