*Wayne City Youth Rodeo News* Youth Rodeo Dates for 2024! May 5th, June 15th & 16th, July 20th & 21st and Finals will be Aug 10th Awards Banquet Aug 11th followed by our 3rd Annual Adult FUN-draiser Rodeo! We are so excited about our 2024 Rodeo Season We are excited to implement back numbers again this year! These numbers come to you complimentary with your Youth Rodeo Membership. A BIG THANK YOU to our new sponsors Tratter House and Luciano Western Wear! **These numbers are MANDATORY as part of Western Attire** **You will receive it upon entry at the first rodeo** **They can be laminated for $1 at the rodeo** **Replacements available if original is lost at a fee of $5** **Will come with the first set of safety pins** THANK YOU TRATTER HOUSE AND LUCIANO WESTERN WEAR! ***Follow them on TikTok*** ***Miss Wayne City Youth Rodeo*** Pageant will be Friday August 9, 2024. It will start at 10am sharp and will open to the public starting at 1:00pm at the WCSC Grounds. Contestants will start at 10am, with a personal interview with our panel of judges along with a 25-question test on our youth rodeo rule book. Then the pageant will open to the public at 1pm with a competition in speech, modeling and an impromptu question. We will end the pageant with a horsemanship competition. Crowning of our 2025 Miss Wayne City Youth Rodeo will be at 9:30am on August 10th to kick off our finals weekend. Contestants must be a member of the WCSC and a member of the WCYR. Miss WCYR pageant will be open to contestants in the Pee Wee division and up. Contestants must be 19yrs. old or younger on January 1, 2024, and a competing member of the 2024 WCYR season and for the WCYR 2025 rodeo season. More information will be coming soon. Entry packages available shortly and must be turned in by July 20, 2024. ***We are so excited to bring to you this opportunity once again*** There are a few rule changes to the 2024 WCYR Rule Book this year.
